As a college student, i have learned a lot. One of the things i have learned is that personal health is the most important thing in the world. Without your health, it doesnt matter if you are rich, poor, old, young, you name it, you can't be truly happy. One of the sad truths about America is that 2/3 of American citizens are overweight. This continually contributes to America's abnormally high rates of heart attacks, stroke, diabetes, etc... It is the responsibility of the individual to make a change to better themselves. The problem is, there is so much crap out there, you never know who to believe and who not to. The truth is, ALL fad diets are a sham! You have to understand that to be truly healthy, you need a variety of foods, not just the same thing every day. In my opinion, these two (unrelated) programs are the best ones on the market right now. The first one is called Fat Loss For Idiots and it is basically a step by step guide to losing weight quickly, safely, and effectively and keeping it off for good. The second one,Truth About 6pack Abs is for people who are already in decent shape but really want to carve their bodies into the best shape they can be in. This one is a little more in depth than fat loss for idiots, but still VERY user friendly and very easy to follow. How did i ever live without this?

Let me start by saying i just purchased the iphone and so far i am extremely happy with it. It allows me to store all my music, video, appointments, files, tv shows, and pretty much anything else you can think of in a virtually indestructable package. In addition, i get compliments practically everywhere i go on how cool my phone is. I can browse the internet, navigate my way around town, even write a paper, all while listening to my favorite tunes on one compact relatively inexpensive device. I say relatively inexpensive because when you consider what it would cost if you were to buy an ipod plus a PDA, a navigation device, a media phone, and a portable t.v., you begin to see why the iphone is such a great value. But by far, the best value of all has to be Iphone Nova.

AND, it allows you UNLIMITED downloads for a small one time fee. In my opinion, possibly one of the best investments i've ever made.
